CHILD & EXTRA PERSON POLICY
o Cost of Extra bed is AED 100 on BB basis for adult
o Children below 5.99 years of age, may be accommodated FREE of charge, on existing bedding (or with baby cot upon availability).
o Children between the age of 6 to 11.99 will be charged AED 75 for the extra bed including breakfast.
o Children from 12 years of age and above will be charged as adults.
o Room Bookings with extra Bed are always subject to availability and must be pre-confirmed at the time of reservation
o All quoted rates in this agreement are applicable for all markets and ONLY for a maximum of 9 rooms. These rates are: Inclusive of 5% VAT, 7% municipality fees & 10% service charges. The percentage specified is subject to change, should the government alter the above, the Hotel has the right to change the rates accordingly without prior approval of the client

o Subject to AED 15 Tourism Dirham fee, per room, per night as imposed and directed by the Government of Dubai, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
o Any additional city-wide events and exhibitions which are imposed depending on the information received will be advised and subject to a surcharge given by the hotel.
o The above rates are Non-Commissionable.
o VIP treatments: Fruit Basket upon Arrival, Cake, upgrade upon availability. The HOTEL provides those to all Honeymooners, or guests that are celebrating anniversaries & Birthdays. (The HOTEL should be informed upon reservation, accordingly).
o Between 29/12/2024 & 02/01/2025 no minimum length of stay although no bookings will be accepted with a departure on 31st December 2024

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED
Transportation Pick-up and drop off to/ from the Dubai International Airport can be arranged at the rate of AED 180 for drop off and AED 180 for pick up, per room per way. Rates are applicable up to four pax per room.
